Our current decaf selection is a beautiful coffee from Ethiopia that has been Swiss Water Processed. This is as sweet of a decaf as you'll taste!

All online orders are roasted to order and added to our next roast date. We roast every Tuesday, with shipments going out on Wednesday. Please have all orders in by 8AM on a Tuesday to ensure it gets added to production. 

Our coffee is now flushed with nitrogen when bagged, creating an inert atmosphere that improves freshness. An unopened bag of coffee can now retain freshness for 4+ weeks.
