We are so excited to share this new release, Acacia, just in time for the holiday season. It is a natural process from multiple small holder farms in Ethiopia. While being heavily fruited, it is beautifully clean on the finish. Our notes:

Strawberry, rose, clover honey

This is one of those coffees that makes you rethink past perceptions of coffee fermentation and overall value. While not being anywhere near the priciest coffee we've brought onboard, but it punches well above its weight class. This is a refined and beautiful cup, and we truly can't wait to share it with you!
