This is Part 3 of a 4 part series we call B9U. Our goal is after this series you'll be able to be well on your way to coffee mastery, whether you're just starting out or have years of experience in the industry. Note: Classes may be purchased and taken out of order.

 

Part 3 of our B9U series is on Espresso Theory and Extraction, the deepest and most complex subject in learning how to make great coffee in your home or business. In this intensive 2 hour class, you'll learn everything from

-Tasting under and over extraction in Espresso.

-Understanding brew ratios, dose, etc.

-Proper distribution and tamping techniques

-Brewing with uni-modal or bi-modal espresso grinders

-Understanding strength vs total extraction

-Pressure profiling basics.

 

This class is led by Chuck Herrera and will be held on 8/1/17 from 6PM to 8PM.
