Let us take you on a trip to the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia.
This iteration of Ardi is from the Anasora area within Sidama, which is a relatively newer area of coffee production in Sidama. The Anasora area is incredibly high in elevation, 1950-2100 meters above sea level, which allows for a vibrant and clean cup.
This coffee will shine as a pour over but would definitely be a treat on espresso.
Try brewing at around 199 degrees Fahrenheit, with a 1:16 ratio of coffee to water. Dont forget, cooler water allows for a sweeter cup, while hotter water will give you a vibrant acidity.

All online orders are roasted to order and added to our next roast date. We roast Mondays and Wednesdays, orders placed by 8AM on roast days will be roasted that day, otherwise the coffee will be roasted on our next roast date.
